These Academic Records and Progress Reports are supplied by Bob Jones University. As the name implies, the Academic Records are card stock sheets (buff - secondary; blue - elementary) which provide a collection point for all academic records for a single student (grades for each subject, standardized test information, and attendance). The secondary sheets also provide space for GPA, credit totals, and activities and awards.

The Progress Report (perhaps better know as report cards) is foldable cardstock with an envelope. It allows space for recording both academic records and spiritual and social records. It is very colorful with a variety of cover designs.
