Recommended for use with the Apologia science curriculum. This is very thorough, with 170 different coloring pages. The pages share both detailed anatomical drawings and in-depth text describing them. While this shares most of the same basic information as our other high school anatomy coloring book, I did notice a couple of differences. First of all, the pictures in this book seem to be a little more detailed, and, as mentioned before, the text shares the page with the drawings, whereas in the other book it is on the facing page. Also, this book has more coloring pages, roughly 30 extra pages. Some of these extra pages come from chapters either not covered in the other book or not covered in the same depth. For example, this book has a human development chapter, which the other does not. Also, while both books have indexes, this book also includes a glossary. - Melissa
