52 Magnetic Wooden Letters
Perfect for learning letter sequencing and matching upper and lowercase letters, these are a higher-quality alternative to the traditional magnetic plastic letters. Most magnetic plastic letters use a small bar magnet; often, letters placed towards the top of the refrigerator door slide down to the bottom, or the floor. Impressed by the fact that these letters are backed with sheet magnet, I decided to put them to the test. I arranged several of the letters on the refrigerator (relieved that no one was around to ask what in the world I was doing!), and began rapidly opening and shutting the door. The wooden magnets stayed firmly in place. Experiment successful!
These vibrantly colored magnets are constructed from sturdy plywood, and have smooth-sanded edges. Uppercase letters are approximately 2” tall, and are about 1 ½” wide. Lowercase letters are roughly 1 ½”x 1 ½”. Store in the wooden box with transparent lid when not attached to the refrigerator. ~ Rachel

I bought these magnetic letters based on the description that they stay on the refrigerator door. I was always picking up the other ones we had from the floor. These magnets are great! They are bright, colorful and they really do stay on the refrigerator.
To my surprise, my son found another use for them. He uses them like a stamp on a magnetic drawing board. Because the letters are totally covered with a magnet on the back, they leave a perfect image of the letter on the board. It is always lots of fun for him, no matter how many times he has done it.
These magnets cost a little more than others, but they are definitely worth it. They are of excellent quality and a lot more fun than ordinary magnetic letters.
