This character-building reading material can be utilized as a standalone text, but it is also part of the 4th grade Abeka reading program. Either way, the consumable worktext is a great book for elementary kids. This text will highlight each of the 7 continents as students read short stories written by someone in that area or centering geographically around that area. Also, each continent section is littered with fun facts about interesting animals and places. Students are reading short stories, informational texts, and poems that introduce them to different cultures that point back to God’s design. This book is considered a worktext and answers to the Think it Through questions are only found within the Abeka Reading 4 Answer Key. There are charts, journal prompts, questions, crafts, and activities found throughout the text. Pgs. 178 | pb ~Rebecca
