This tray is more like a box insert It is made of a thin flimsy plastic When the rods are stored in the tray it must be picked up with two hands and held underneath otherwise it will bow due to the weight of the rods and the rods will spill out onto the floor If the insert came in a sturdy box it would be useful As it is I will not be using this tray and wish I had not purchased it Our rods will be stored in the plastic tub they came in

Would be much better if the plastic was more rigid This is more like an insert for a box than a stand-alone tray

This is a great addition for a small group to keep the colors organized You can use each tray section to play a game with number bonds (ex 5+4=9)

I can't imagine storing Cuisenaire Rods without this tray This tray makes it easy to find the rods we need and the kids actually enjoy sorting the rods into the tray to put them away Simple but incredibly useful product

I own loose rods and need the proper storage for them, it is essential to develop a proprietary interest in the material, with children.

They will be used in conjunction with a classroom set of cuisenaire rods by several children at the same time.
