David Macaulay Videos/Dvds

Description

A combination of spectacular live-action sequences and cinema-quality animation brings the stories of the Macaulay books to life. David Macaulay hosts these DVDs that take you to the modern-day locations (or ruins) that set the stage for the stories. The animated stories add to the interest, creating a fictional (but realistic and historically accurate) portrayal of life in that culture. These are educational videos at their best - they both educate and hold the interest of children.
