Submit this form if you would like our current catalog mailed to you (U.S. customers only). Although our print catalog is typically available in early June, this year's catalog printing has been delayed and catalogs will likely not begin mailing until the first or second week of July. However, the catalog will be available in PDF format (as a download on our site or on CD by request) in early June. If you would prefer to receive your 2012 catalog as soon as it is available, you may choose to request a PDF instead of a print catalog. You may also opt to receive a PDF catalog on CD when available, followed by a printed catalog when available. Please also note that our downloadable PDF catalog files will be updated as soon as possible, so we would encourage you to use this option if it is convenient for you.
We are out of 2011-2012 catalogs, so any requests received at this time will be held until our 2012-2013 catalog is available. If you have requested a catalog prior to 5/15/12, the options below were not available, and you will need to enter a new request if you would like to request a PDF copy on CD. As usual, if you have placed an order with us since 6/1/10, you should automatically receive a print copy in our initial June mailing and will not need to request one again.
Foreign Customers: We currently cannot mail catalogs to foreign addresses, due to the lack of an economical postal rate. The catalog is available for viewing or downloading in whole or in part on our website (see link above). However, if you are placing an order and would like the catalog shipped with the order, see below.
If you are placing an order and would like to receive a catalog with your order, do not use this form. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a catalog to your order.
